Vinyasa Yoga in Prince's Island Park

We invite you to join us for a rejuvenating Vinyasa Yoga practice designed to cultivate balance between your body, mind, and spirit while connecting with the serenity of nature. 

 

Our class is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and is complemented by guided meditation and breathwork, leaving you both relaxed and revitalized.

Time: 1-2 pm
Day: Every Saturday in May-August, starting May 10

Where

Classes are held in front of the stage in Prince’s Island Park.​

If this is your first time attending, please meet us at the downtown side of the Peace Bridge at 12:45 pm.

There's free parking on Memorial Drive and in Sunnyside.

You are also welcome to drop in at the last minute and pay in cash before the class begins.

What to bring

Please bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes.

Since 2021, I’ve been teaching kids and teenagers the benefits of yoga, and I’m excited to announce that I’ve opened my schedule to offer more private sessions. Yoga is a wonderful practice that can help your child develop both physically and emotionally in a fun and engaging way.

Team Building Events: Laughter Yoga

Laughter yoga is an exercise program in a group setting where anyone can learn to laugh without relying on humor, jokes or comedy.

​

Laughter yoga combines laughter exercises with deep breathing. This brings more oxygen to the body, and makes us more energetic but relaxed. 

​

Through eye contact and playfulness, laughter quickly transforms into genuine and contagious laughter. 

​

Laughter yoga was started by Dr. Madan Kataria in India in 1995, and has spread around the world since then.

 

​

Laughter yoga is easy and fun!
I offer sessions for corporate events, birthdays, weddings and team building events. Come laugh with me!
