About Harmonik Flow
Being in the flow means being truly happy and in peace. When you are totally immersed in what you are doing, you forget about the time, and feel a deep inner satisfaction. When you are in the flow, you develop creativity, improve self-esteem and reduce stress. Our breath is a harmonic flow that accompanies us whether we are in movement or in stillness.

I teach a beginner-friendly yoga practice that encourages gentle movement, awareness of breath, and being kind to your body. We focus on the sensations and emotions in our body, in addition to how the poses look. Through meditation and breathing techniques, you will learn to feel and respect your body, balance your energy, and develop a better relationship with yourself.

Outdoor events are happening from May to September, and in the winter time I offer private classes and a monthly women's circle.
